In an effort to redefine problem-solving and drive impactful change, Acorn Group hosted a dynamic two-day workshop, Project Harmony, on the 6th and 7th of February at the serene Avani Kalutara. Bringing together the Executive committee, leadership team, and some of the key employees, this immersive experience aimed to challenge conventional thinking and adopt a fresh approach to tackling organizational challenges.

Inspired by ‘Six Simple Rules’

The workshop was built on the principles outlined in the book Six Simple Rules by Yves Morieux and Peter Tollman.
